ADVANCED PLACEMENT PROGRAM The College Board’s Advanced Placement Program (AP) enables students to pursue college-level studies while still in high school. The school offers: AP United States History, AP Macroeconomics, AP Microeconomics, AP United States Government and Politics, AP English Language and Composition, AP English Literature and Composition, AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics, AP Biology, AP Environmental Science, AP Physics: B, AP Chinese Language and Culture, and AP Psychology. ASSISTED LEARNING PROGRAM The program is designed to assist and respond to the needs of students who learn differently with documented learning disabilities and courses may be designated with (AL) on a transcript. SERVICE LEARNING PROGRAM Arroyo Pacific Academy requires that students participate in at least two service learning projects per school year. |
