Ribét Academy is a co-ed nondenominational private school, which provides an all inclusive setting for superior academics, arts and athletics. As a Pre-K through 12th grade college preparatory school, Ribet Academy is academically challenging, but our students are also taught how to become responsible, thoughtful and well rounded citizens. We encourage students to become effective communicators, creative problem solvers and enthusiastic life-long learners. Serving the surrounding community of Eagle Rock, Glendale, Silver Lake, Pasadena, La Canada, Los Angeles, Ribét is home to many international students from around the world. Located in the center of Los Angeles, our beautiful 9-acre campus features a landmark 6-story main building that houses our elementary, middle and high schools. Inside the building, we have 6 science labs including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Robotics and Marine Biology labs. In addition, we have designated rooms including a 99-seat theater, a library, 3 art studios, an orchestra room, a dance studio, a courtroom, cafeteria and a weight room. The exterior areas include a college size basketball gym with the same floor as the Lakers, a “Big Red Barn” which houses our Preschool / Kindergarten, outside basketball courts, playgrounds and international student dormitories. Ribét Academy is fully accredited through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges Accrediting Commission of Schools since 1988. 100% of our students are accepted to college (including: Harvard, Stanford, USC, Columbia University, Duke, Cornell, UC Berkeley, UCLA, NYU, Carnegie Mellon, Pepperdine). 100% of our art students are accepted to their first choice college. Ribét Academy is very proud to be the recipient of a long list of accolades throughout our school history such as: Los Angeles County Science Fair Champions, perfect SAT and AP test scores, National Champions in Hip Hop Dance Competitions, CIF Champions and competitors in all sports, just to name few.

Admission Requirements
•Submit International Application with $200 application fee. [Completed application included: Academic transcripts (must be sent as Official Documents); Health Questionnaire signed/stamped by a license Physician; Immunization Records; and a copy of student’s passport]. Application fee can be paid by check (payable to Ribét Academy), cash, or wire. •High school applicants who have not been previously studying in an English speaking country must submit the score for one of the accepted English assessments, TOEFL, TOEFL Jr.or IELTS. To be admitted to the regular high school program, we require a minimum TOEFL of 72. •International Admissions Director reviews the application and will contact the student or agency to schedule a Skype interview. •The results of the admissions process will be sent to the student/agency. If the student is accepted, the Ribet Registration has to be signed and returned with a $3500 deposit to Ribét to file the student’s I-20 and reserve the space in classes. •If you are currently attending a school in the United States, please include form Ribét Transfer Form with your application.
