In order to qualify for academic scholarships, students must take the Scholarship Exam at Cardinal O'Hara High School on either Saturday, 10/20 OR Sunday, 10/28.
The access code is Z3. The registration fee for the exam is $35.00 and MUST be paid via credit card through the link above. Online registration must be completed at least two (2) days before the scheduled exam date.

STEP 3: RECORDS RELEASE FORM
Please download the Request for Release of Records form on the menu on the right. Parents should print out the form, complete/sign it and submit it the student’s current school. (Do not send this form to Cardinal O’Hara. This will only delay the process!)

It may be helpful to submit the request to the current school with a stamped return envelope and a request that it be done within 7 days. It is not essential that the student’s 8th grade report card be included. Parents can send a copy at a later date when it is available.
