Notre Dame is a four-year co-educational Catholic High School serving the greater Easton, Pennsylvania and Phillipsburg, New Jersey area. An enrollment of 545 is divided into college prep, business, and vocational-technical curriculum for grades 9 through 12. The school year is divided into two semesters of 18 weeks each, with nine-week reporting periods. The school is supervised by the Allentown Diocese Department of Education and is accredited by the Middle States Association and the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The school is comprised of students from four surrounding Pennsylvania counties and two counties in New Jersey. It has a broad socioeconomic background and varies in character from urban to suburban. The community is mostly residential with several commercial and light industrial areas

Admission Requirements

The applicant must submit the Notre Dame Application/Registration Packet to his/her sponsoring agency, along with: 

$300 non-refundable Application fee, Transcripts, Copy of Passport, Immunization record (Once received, the immunization record is forwarded to the School District nurse.

If the student is missing any immunizations, the host family will be contacted upon the student’s arrival, with the expectation that the host parent or agency will take the student to a designated location for the immunizations.

Pennsylvania State Regulations prohibit students from attending school who are not fully immunized.) 

Toefl/Eltis scores (Students MUST be English proficient, as will be indicated on the I-20) 

Letters of Recommendation from an English teacher and other Academic Teacher 

Medical insurance card (Students are required to have medical insurance – a copy of the Insurance card is not required with the application, but must be presented at Orientation.)

 

**International Transfer Students: International students transferring from another American school for the Spring or Fall Semesters, should submit the same documents/application fee as listed above.
